Europe’s Top Christmas Markets

Time flies, and the year is almost over! Merry Christmas!

I just returned to London after a short trip to Budapest, Hungary, and Krakow, Poland. I'll be sharing more about my experiences in these two cities with you soon.

I want to share something special—Europe’s top three Christmas markets, as well as my recent visit to the Krakow Christmas Market in Poland.

1. Gdańsk Christmas Market, Poland

This market in Gdańsk is full of Christmas decorations, warm lights, and a happy atmosphere. You can enjoy a fun carousel ride, see nutcracker statues, and watch cultural shows. Don’t forget to try Polish food and buy handmade gifts—it’s a great way to enjoy the holiday!

2. Craiova Christmas Market, Romania

Craiova has one of the biggest Christmas markets in Europe. It has four areas, including a magical Beauty and the Beast theme, Santa’s Village, and even a Star Wars-style Christmas party. The colorful lights and activities make it exciting for all visitors.

3. Geneva Christmas Market, Switzerland

This market is by Lake Geneva and has a cozy, Swiss holiday feel. You can try Swiss cheese fondue, warm drinks like mulled wine, and see lots of handmade crafts. The decorations and lake view make it a beautiful place to celebrate Christmas.

Christmas Market in Krakow

Although I haven’t visited these top three markets yet, I really enjoyed the Krakow Christmas Market. Polish food is delicious!

Krakow's Christmas Market in a different way.

Hope you enjoy this festive newsletter! Let me know if you’ve visited any Christmas markets this year.
